Examples: The system has multiple replenishment templates configured to replenish various fixed locations for an item in 2 different zones via immediate replenishment. The replenishment templates are configured to "Allow wave demand to use unreserved quantities". The system will direct users to pick from the wrong fixed location if immediate replenishment work exists for a different fixed location for that item. Example: This results in work that should be picked from the fixed location in Zone A because replenishment work already exists to stock the fixed location in Zone B for that same item.
Idea: Link the Immediate replenishment template to the location directive. If the location directive excludes picking from any open replenishment work, then do not allow wave demand to use reserved quantities for that open replen work ID. Instead, create the appropriate replenishment work ID that directs the user to pick from the correct location.

Running into this same issue. I hope we can get enough votes here. Did anyone ever get a fix/workaround to this scenario?

Thank you for your feedback. Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
