Users utilize requisitions to assist in managing budgets. When we enable encumbrance, GP prompts the requestor when the extended cost of the line item will exceed the budget amount. However, this information is not passed on to the approver via the workflow email notification.

The workflow notification to the approver should include details as the budget amount for the account, the actual amount for the account, the committed amount for the account, the encumbered amount for the account so the approver can make an informed decision.

This is a basic function that we need included.
