In FinOps using Working Time Templates, it is possible to create working time calendars with specific hours for certain days that can be assigned to workers who work individual patterns, e.g. Mon 09:00 to 13:00, Tues 12:00 to 16:00, Wed 17:00 to 21:00. In Talent I can create a working time calendar for Mon to Wed and generate the days, but can't see how to automatically apply the different hours to each day, without going through 'Work schedule' and adjusting each day. It would be great to apply automatically different working hours for each week-day.

This is still a problem on the merged infrastructure. You can access the same calendar in both Organization administration and Leave & Absence. If you compose the working times within Organization administration you can use Working time template but not the Holiday and closures list. If you compose the working times within Leave & Absence you can use the Holiday and closures list but not the Working time template. Could the functionality be merged?

I definitely agree with Manisha. That would be absolutely crucial. Currently our customers are forced to have personal calendars for each employee in order to have the history (additionally to the FTE change)

Completely agree with Manisha! We currently need to report on the last 12 months taking into account days worked each week of the year, but we have no way of knowing if someone worked part-time the first half of the year

Also it will be beneficial to track the calendar assignment date. This will enable to keep a track of when the employee changed his / her working times for example full employee went part time.

Also the ability to add rotas that span more than 7 days would be great (e.g. 4 days on, 4 days off) with the ability to specify the hours worked each day.

Yes. We are transiting from Sage, which allows for different work schedule for different days of the week, without having to manually edit an entire calendar.
