Add Job Family to FinOps to match Talent job/position fields and include in data integration.

• Job - Job classification in FinOps does not currently contain Job Family


• However  job classification in Talent does contain job family (attaches to generic job) and Positions in Talent contains job family (attaches to unique position)


• Talent to FinOps data integration works on jobs and positions however the job family field is not in FinOps so cannot be synchronised from Talent master data and utilised in the FinOps module.

Microsoft closed the ticket saying this is not a defect and requested an idea be raised instead.
