Users encountered an error on the Real Time Marketing (RTM) short URL list page when attempting to apply filter changes. Specifically, after selecting ‘Edit Filter’ → ‘Change to Reserved Data’, the system returned an error stating that the column for entity xxxxx
and attribute createdon
does not exist in the Insights store database.
🧠 Cause
The createdon
attribute for the xxxxxx
entity exists only in the application layer and was not ingested into the Insights store, which serves as the operational data store for reporting and analytics. As a result, filters referencing this field fail due to schema mismatches or missing fields in the ingestion pipeline.
❗️Main Concern
Our organization does not utilize the “Change to Reserved Data” filter, and we would like to request that this option be hidden or disabled to prevent confusion for our users.
