Add a new record starting from the Categorized Search results.

In the Categorized Search results, the option ("+" button) to add a new record is no longer present. It would make sense that if you didn't find the e.g. Account you were looking for, you have the option to create a new one starting from that screen.

BTW, the Quick Create "+" button is not always sufficient; one does not always want to foresee a quick create form for all the entities that are configured for Relevance Search. e.g. the account form in our case contains too much business logic to do in a quick create form.
