Statistically one of the more recurring issues we have is related to Microsoft Application and/or Microsoft Platform hotfix that have been deployed outside the update window specified for an environment or even within the update window itself, because the number of batch processes to run overlaps the update window. Is it possible to consider the following?
1. Reduce the update window (example 3 hours) or create a hotfix window of 1 hour (preferred)
2. hotfixes delivered outside the update window: adding a place (health dashboard or other) with an official communication from MS why it was urgent, when it was deployed and its duration.
