Error message: when import Planned order entity:
Results. insert/update/delete not allowed for entity with Read-only = Yes
The expectation is that customer should able to import the entity for the delivery data and quantity with out any errors.

I fully support this request. The supply chain planning capability of D365 is extremely basic, so many companies use sophisticated 3rd party tools to perform their supply chain planning, and only the execution of the plan happens in F&O.
We need a standard way such as via DMF import entity to create planned purchase, production and transfer orders.
The existing planned order entities do not support creation/update of planned orders. Such functionality is desperately needed.
