Issue Scenario:

Users are intermittently unable to open the application and receive an error message stating 'Application failed to load. Current IP doesn't match with logged-in IP. For security reasons, your session has been terminated.' This prevents access to the app without manual intervention.

Suggestion:

Microsoft Product Team should consider making the process easier and handle the error message more elegantly for end-user. The error message should have an option to allow the user to re-sign in and notify them to reset the cookies
