As we know, Microsoft D-365 doesn't have the feature of gift vouchers.
In this case, we suggest our clients use the discount coupon feature. Now we have some requirements that came from the clients which are explained below.
Case 1-: If the customer purchase more than Rs. 5000 then a Rs 500 or a 10 % discount gift coupon will be issued on POS at the time of bill completion.
Case 2-: If the customer purchase more than Rs. 10000 then Rs 1500 or a 15 % discount gift coupon will be issued on POS at the time of bill completion.
Case 3-: If the customer purchase more than Rs. 5000 then a Rs 500 or a 10 % discount gift coupon will be issued for the specific customer or all customers on POS at the time of bill completion.
Case 4-: If the customer purchase more than Rs. 5000 of a particular Brand or category then a Rs 500 or a 10 % discount gift coupon will be issued for a specific customer or all customers on POS at the time of bill completion.

A client needs to run a campaign using Dynamics 365 Commerce / CPOS. The scenario is if the customer purchases value exceeds a specific amount, the customer will get a redeemable voucher that can be used in any of the client stores.
For example: if a customer buys 250SR worth of items from our store then a printable invoice will print a barcode with a coupon worth 75 SR that can be used in any of our other stores.
The above feature is not uncommon in GCC market and most of the POS offer the feature except Microsoft. This much needed feature need to be implemented.

We need the feature as per below scenario, and all the famous POS are implementing this in KSA or GCC countries. Microsoft is lacking the main needed feature. We need this urgently please.
The offer is as follow:
- Once the customer buy 250 SR will get a 75 SR voucher
- This 75 SR voucher can be redeemed at any ALRIFAI shop within a limited date
Once the customer buys 250 SR, the system automatically generates a coupon code which can be printed and attached together with the signed 75 SR voucher ( signed and stamped ) to be given to the customer, while this coupon code will expire after 10 days ( let’s say).
Later, once the customer wants to redeem within the specific date the employee needs to enter the coupon code to get the 75 SR discount on his invoice.
