In the request Change Workflow action, if Person B receives a request from Person A and wish to Request Change, the system logic should auto-populate the request originator's name (Person A) in the User/Name field to satisfy our business requirement and prevent mistakes in chosing a different name. This should also be greyed-out to prevent manipulation.

Currently, the system leaves the User/Name field blank, and does not allow to set up the “Request change” option so that it can go back to the originator.
