Currently F&O does not support having more detailed log on cancellations related to SO. For audit reasons, many customers require that when sales order is cancelled, either entire order or line, or partial quantity of the line, the following details will be present:
- reason code that should be flexible table to add custom free text reasons
- date and time of cancellation
- user id
- if linked PO, the cancelled SO line qty should be reflected in the connected PO
