Need ability to be able to schedule start when we add people. It is inconvenient to not be able to pre-load a group of records ahead of time and then set a send date/time or scheduled releases/delays. Wait is a workaround but not same as being able to work/add records over a period of time and know when that sequence send is going out.

You could imagine setting sends even automated each tues or thurs at 11am for new records to start
