Hi,
in order to get the best user experience for customer service application we really would need to be able to get a full featured WYSIWYG editor for Email entity with support for uploading and inserting inline images. Sadly today we need 3rd party products which brings a lot of headache as it is not a flawless implementation.
so please Microsoft provide us with inline images support for Email entity,. :)

It's very deceptive because users can paste in-line images in, but these images are never visible outside Dynamics. So they think they are sending helpful pictures to customers but they are not.
