CRM Online Report contains addition "[ ]" in the Report Filtering Criteria while we run the report.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Sales > Accounts > Under My Active Accounts view.
2. In the footer, Select any of the Category from A-Z.
2. Then Click on Run Report from the Command Bar and Select Account Overview and Select the value "all the records on all pages in the current view" and Click Run Report.
3. After the report executes successfully, Click on Edit Filter and you will see that Account Name begins with has [mM]

Customer would like to have more granular result, Account Name begins with small "m" and capital "M"; for which they have written a custom report using SSRS and fetch XML.
