A recurring requirement from customers is to be able to have an org-chart view of the contacts for a given account. The Visual Hierarchy in 2015 goes a long way to address this but here are some concerns:
- If I configure hierarchy at the Contact entity (which is not enabled by default), can I set up the hierarchy relationship when I update the Contact in Outlook? Or will I always have to open the client in CRM to establish the parent contact?
- I don't see any presentation of the hierarchy in the smartphone app/mobile website form. I understand that MoCa has a simplified visualization but a lot of client still want to be able to look it up on their smartphones... is this on the roadmap somewhere?

PS: please add 2015 to the 'Product Version' droplist of the feedback form ;-)
