Display a summary screen of the expected put positions, this should help the picker to proactively mark the position as full before picking the entire quantity.
Right now it's too late to say the position is full because the picker has no idea what are the put positions, so He/She will pick the entire suggested picked quality and then figure out that the suggested position is already full.
Idea suggested:
1. Display a summary screen as per user request summary of the suggested put positions.
2. Add an option to mark the position as full earlier even before the pick, so the picker can proactively say that position is full and avoid picking the entire quantity at an early stage.
