Currently, as shown in the MS doc below, the currency field of the Organizational units entity cannot be edited after it has been saved due to synchronization with other entities.

The Contracting Unit and Currency fields on the project are locked for editing, because they must be in sync with the values on the sales entity (quote or project contract) that the project is mapped to.
If we want to change it to another currency later, we need to create a new organizational units record, which is not efficient for business.
If the feature to edit existing currency fields in Organizational units entities is implemented, customers' work will be more efficient and the Project Operations app will be more useful.
