User cannot add workflow steps for 'Opportunity Products Entity' in Dynamics CRM Online 2015

This is by default, you cannot use workflow to add steps for some entities such as 'Opportunity Products entity' in order to update the record.
It would be very important for many users to have 'Opportunity Products entity' to be able to update the record in workflow.
