Make it possible to change the price unit on sales orders and sales quotation line details, whilst using retail call center functionality.

Background and explanation:
In a trade agreement, the system will allow you to enter a price unit, which helps to overcome the system limitation of only being able to enter up to 2 decimal places.
However, the system will then change the price unit to 1 in the line details of a quotation/sales order,
and become un-editable.
The issue here, is that the user would be unable to quote a price requiring more than 2 decimal places
without creating another trade agreement first. This is particularly inconvenient for any organisations that sell goods at particularly low value per sales unit of measure.
