The "Earliest Start Date/Time"  is correctly initialized when the fields are used to run on a specific weekday. e.g. "Run on Mondays"

Then the earliest Earliest Start Date/Time is correctly calculated together with the "Starting Time" and "Ending Time".

But when we use the "Next Run Date Formula" and leave the "Earliest Start Date/Time" empty then the "Starting Time" isn't used in

"Earliest Start Date/Time" := JobQueueDispatcher.CalcInitialRunTime(Rec, CurrentDateTime);

when the Job Queue Entry is set to Status "Ready".

This isn't good e.g. when you set the Starting Time to 22:00:00 and set the Job Queue Entry to ready at 14:00:00 then the Earlisiet Starting Date/Time is set to the CurrentDateTime
