Wish there is an option to setup alert notification policies conversion when printing and/or posting a customer sales order (e.g. based on holidays about to be reach, grand total customer amounts to be reach, customer innovation items, customer balance reaching... customer sales order forecast, legal entity item innovation forecasts...)
