Make "Table Filter" accessible for extension development.

Actually I can't use the "Table Filter" Method to pre define Filters for my Batch Jobs:

The type or method 'GetViewFilter' cannot be used for 'Extension' development.

Object: Page 9805 Table Filter
Set Method: GetViewFilter to External.
