There is a lack of documentation for sequences and even moreso for segments.

For instance, it is not clear that a user needs organizational append rights to activity pointer if creating an email for another users in say a parent business unit. Not all rights needed are listed for sequence or segment usage scenarios.

More documentation on How segments work? for instance, can a record run through a segment more than once? Does a record stay permanently in the segment until moved by another segment, what is this impact?

The documentation before implementation of work assignment confounding segments included a little more about how segments works on the modifying of records. Put back and add more clarify on how segments work. Last can records be in more than one segment at once or more than one sequence.

Would be very helpful to review gaps.
