I suggest to refactor the wizard for recording interactions on the contact card. Although it is currently easy to use, it works incorrectly. It also creates interaction log entries even if I cancel the process on the last wizard step. 


In addition, no other entry process in Business Central works like this. The concept should be 


-Enter

-processing 

-Output / historic data


Historical data may only be created after(!) completion of the data entry process. In addition, there is currently hardly any possibility to influence the process. There are (...since a large part of the code is developed on the page...) hardly any entry points (publisher) or access to variables that control the data entry process.


My idea is to redesign the whole process. It can remain as it is visually, but it should not differ in concept from the processes in the Sales or Purchase modules (first capture, then historical data...).
