We are running into this problem as well. Staff upload images from the Email and are able to rename or add tags to the image during upload. We cannot add alt text to the image upload. So, when the image is added to an email they put in the alt text, but this alt text is not attached to the actual image file. So the next time someone uses it, they have to fill in the alt text again.The only way to add the alt text permanently appears to be from the media library. But, you cannot add new files from the media library. This creates a lot of extra steps and leads to a disorganized media library.

As someone who works with Warehouse teams where Transport Loads are used, this is definitely needed functionality.I would also recommend adding a separate screen for viewing the:Transport Load LinesTransport Load Lines DetailThe additional screens would allow for quicker look-up of data such as which Transport Load a Work ID or License Plate is assigned to as well as the Items and quantities associated with a License Plate on the Load.
