Hi we noticed an issue when 2 contacts are merged not all information is visible on the surviving contact in Contact Insights.

After a ticket with Microsoft they informed us that this is currently not supported.

When 2 contacts are merged only interactions of the primary contact will be visible in contact insights. It is a limitation since the insights do not get merged, all the insights are uniquely stored in marketing for a contact, and about the deactivated contact, when he is deactivated status in the insights are kept, they do not transfer to the main contact.


We would like this to fix this product limitation
