Issue:

In CRM, When select  2 languages , with en-us as the base language. When create a new Survey, When we send an Email using a French template, the Invitation Link Text is still in English.

Impact:

- Customer are not able to use multiple languages in Survey link

- For Customer its not user friendly to use multiple languages

Ask:

========

1. Add an Email "Snippet" to extract the unique link URL only without the Invitation Link Text. This would allow flexibility in customizing the link text in Email Templates.

Ex. [a href="[Survey-Snippet-GetURL-Start]xxx[Survey-Snippet-GetURL-End]"]My Link Text[/a]

2. Allow the Invitation Link Text of a Survey to be multi-language (part of Translations.xml). The language to choose would be based on the Email Template.
