We have enabled to the Automatic Tracking of Sent Items according to this document:

However there are occasions when a user does not want the email they are composing to be tracked.


If they open Sales Copilot in Outlook they are given the option to Save the email, but this is misleading as the email will be automatically saved once it is sent. The user has to then go back to the email in their sent items, and then manually untrack the email to remove it from Dynamics - it would be helpful if they could see this option before sending the email.
