1. Financial dimensions for vendor balance account are missing for settlement with gain/loss records, when settling a document posted from general journal.
2. Financial dimensions for vendor balance account are missing for settlement with gain/loss records, when settling a prepayment to an invoice.
3. Financial dimensions for vendor balance account are missing for revaluation with gain/loss records, during foreign currency revaluation.

Observation

1. Only happen to vendor balance account
2. Only happen to records involving gain/loss entries
3. Only happen to automatic transactions / system-created entries

Proposed Solution

Automatic transactions created by system, financial dimension of all lines to inherit from original transaction for all processes.

Remarks

1. Aware and avoid issue#1 above, but issue#2 and #3 are proper scenarios / processes that cannot skip.
2. The missing financial dimensions are mandatory in advanced rule structure, hence in this case, business has to reclass dimensions for accurate management reporting. Activation to revoke mandatory restriction for business to reclass and activation to apply mandatory restriction after reclass completed, has caused inconvenience to perform after normal operation hour.
