User wants to drop down to filter vendor account using search name to select in vendor payment journal. but the system only supports to use vendor account to select for now.

We need to standardize the Vendor account so that we couldn't input a lot of information in it. The search name with Contains filter condition is the fastest way for user to input into Account field. User can input anything that they remember to quickly find a vendor without any more operation.
