Customer wants to reduce ethe size of the Analytics table.

We have reviewed and informed customer that Audit analytics table is created due to the Athena's teams Fabric Link feature. The fabric feature will sync all the entity data of this CRM org to data lake for analytic purpose. Unfortunately unlinking the fabric is the only way to reduce this table size.

So suggested to disable the Fabric Link via the "Unlink Fabric" button in the power portal. There is also an admin switch if the admin wants to disable Fabric Link being set up across all environments.

Customer came ack and suggested that this type of Analytics data could potentially be stored under File storage, if applicable. With such a large amount of pure audit and analytics logs, it seems like a waste of capacity in the main Dataverse database.
