It would be a huge time saver if users could easily post the same or similar messages to multiple social channels.
We often post an announcement across all of our social channels. With Dynamics we need to individually create each post, however with other solutions (e.g. HootSuite) we can post to multiple channels very quickly and with minimal effort.

The posting to social media feature from outbound marketing has no equivalent in real-time journeys. There are currently no plans to incorporate the feature. Social posts - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn
