Workflow items are created for every user who has access to the User Group but it does not take into account if the user is active or if the user has access to the Company too. A work item should only be created if a user can truly approve the item.

The issue is that it creates a Work Item for users who don’t have access to the Company in question. It’s therefore creating Work Items for people who can’t actually approve the item which makes no sense and is confusing for anyone wishing to view the work item list to see who can approve their invoice at that point in time.
