Simple modification for LIFO for shipment loading in Load. Put on loads functionality to set sequence for Shipment. Set it manual for each shipment. In Load where are more than one shipment, there is necessity to load certain order – Last IN First OUT. Setting a sequence for shipments and printed it on Loading list is common in warehouses.

EXPAMPLE.

We make Load with 3 shipments (SHIP001, SHIP002, SHIP003). Order of loading is: 1-SHIP002, 2-SHIP003, 3-SHIP001, because SHIP001 will be unloading as the first, then SHIP003 and last unloaded will be SHIP002.

Now we have no possibility to mark the order of loading by dispatcher. They must do it after printing use manually on paper.

Also make a new Mobile device menu Item that do this functionality. When we set picked and packed goods on outbound location (ramp/dock/baydoor) often we wait for transportation vehicle (truck, cart, container). We need a mechanism to generate “load work” after putting goods/packages in “Default shipment maintenance location” for this load no matter it is direct from picking or packing station ( after work “Packed container picking”). Generating is similar to work “Packed container picking”.

Steps are:

  1. Scan/type an address of shipment maintenance location

  2. List all Loads to load in order by date and time of planning load (still can back to upper menu).

  3. choose/scan load number (still can back to upper menu)

  4. List all shipments with address or name of delivery sorted by LIFO (still can back to upper menu).

  5. Start loading – work be different - depends on settings:

- guided - numbers of containers from first shipment to scan in order A-Z or Z-A

- manual – list of all numbers of containers from particular shipment, to scan

We can group or load one-by-one in bought settings.

  1. Confirm to load scanned containers by clicking button or scanning a location.

After doing all this load is automated confirmed. We can back confirmation but not from scanner.

Also it could be the backward functionality to back already loaded containers. We can have two types/steps:

- back to ramp – in case that truck is to small and all containers cannot fit in, but we still sending this to customer but other load/truck.

- back to warehouse – in the same case as above, but customer resigning from rest of goods and we reduce quantity of order.

In bought cases we can close Load and confirm documents, print them etc.
