Hi, The Years of service indication in new enhanced worker form, is very nice but it is referring to the start date of the latest employment. In most cases you want to see the years of service of the seniority date. It would therefore make more sense to make it configurable via a parameter, so customers can use if they want to use the startdate of the latest employment, the adjusted startdate or seniority date. Thanks!

Probably solved/completed in the Update 43, with the new feature " Years of service calculation" ?

Additionally, it would be nice if the years of service could be configured to be a calculation based upon total employment history time. For example, if I was a contractor for 6 months, then ended and became an Employee for the past year it would be nice for the system to be able to read 1.5 years of service.

This feature has been delivered as part of 2021 Release, Wave 1 and should be in all production environments. The feature will need to be enabled in Feature management.
