When linking a project to a project Contract Line you always get this messages "You are updating the project reference on this contract line. This will impact any actuals logged on the project. Are you sure you want to continue?"

You won't want this message if there are not any Actauls logged for that project. In cases where a new project is created and directly is linked to the Project Contract Line.
