Our client operates a warehouse where locations can contain multiple license plates and each license plate can contain multiple items.

During picking, operators scan the license plate and confirm the product to ensure picking accuracy. At the same time, they need to use detours to perform item inquiries to verify which license plates containing that item are present in the current location. This is important for operational verification in locations with mixed inventory.

This limitation is critical for our project as the customer go-live is scheduled for April 1st.

When Product Confirmation is enabled in the Mobile Device Menu Item, detours that use Item Number as a "Send to detour" field no longer work.

If Product Confirmation is disabled, the detour works correctly.

The Item ID confirmation field introduced by Product Confirmation should be treated as a separate mobile device step, allowing detours using Item Number to work regardless of whether Product Confirmation is enabled or not.
