Hello everyone,
It has been noticed that in a SaaS environment the BC Partner has no possibility to start or restart a task queue.
The message that appears is: Error message: "You do not have permission to create or run scheduled tasks."
From our point of view, this makes it very difficult to support a job queue as a BC Partner, as we would always have to ensure that the customer restarts it.
To be able to control it better and to be able to create and control it ourselves, we would like BC Partners to have full control over scheduled tasks and job queues as Technician Users.
In my view, this must be ensured in a SaaS environment - not just in an on prem environment.
