Problem: If you create an IsHandle pattern in a AppSource App and forget to set the 'IsHandle' parameter as VAR, you can't correct this because of AS0077 "A var modifier has been added on the parameter 'IsHandled' in the event 'XXXXXXX'. This might break the runtime behavior of dependent extensions subscribing to this event." I don't know quite to handle this, but could introduce a way of implementing/controlling the IsHandle pattern, so that the parameter 'IsHandled' is forced to be set as VAR?
