Print management is configured with multiple outputs. When a user prints without print management, regardless of what output is selected in the dialog, the user will receive two copies of the printed report. This means two emails, two printed copies, two screens, etc.

If print management is not selected, the correct system behavior should be to only use the destination selected by the user. The print management configuration should be ignored in when the print management toggle is turned off.

It is known that some users intend to still receive two copies when the toggle is turned off, so a new toggle will need to be created to turn all print management settings off entirely for instances where the print management configuration is not needed at all.
