When the sales order is released to the warehouse, the business expects the picking work to be split into Cases (CS) and Splits (S) according to the item’s unit of measure setup.

But when wave demand replenishment is created at the same time as the release, the system does not split the picking work into CS and S.

The splitting only works correctly when there is already enough stock at the picking location and no replenishment is needed.

The business needs the picking work to always follow the mix of CS and S units, even if replenishment is triggered.
