Is the 'All Reports' navigation tab next to Approvals on Role Centers configurable or removable?

We found that it is not possible to hide this when creating customized role profiles for our users. It does not even exist as an AL object caption in either Base Application nor System Application.

If this is not configurable, it is a good idea to make it so.
