Currently it is not possible to enforce this.
If the located license plate on the work line could be filled based on extra information on the sales line, this would be very helpful. E.g. when an ASRS picks the items in specific totes or SSCCs, I want to pick exactly from the LP of that tote or SSCC.
(Unfortunately, the existing framework which was created for crossdocking of reported as finished products to the transfer issue is not suitable for sales orders).

Agree with comment from Frans Hoogenraad. The work around is not for operational users.
We have the requirement every day as we can not transfer our products to an other batch with out relabeling our products as we are food regulated according to ISO 22000.

The feature Flexible order-committed license plate reservation solves part of the problem.
However: 1) functional user can hardly do this (because you need to publish the LPs through the Excel add in.
2) only for sales orders, but it should also be available for production raw material.
