Fix current behaviour: If error quantities are reported, "Report remainder as finished" (RAF) will be wrong after resetting status from "Reported as finished" to "Started".

Example: Production order with a quantity of 3 ea, 2 are reported as good, then 1 is reported as error (report remainder is finished is 0 at this point) and then production order status is updated to RAF. It is then reset back to "Started" and the report reminder as finished is now 1. No change has happened to the RAF journals, so according to them and the reality, the report remainder as finished should still be 0.

Current behaviour makes the value in this field unreliable. E.g. a query run on all started production orders that are ready to be checked by the supervisor and RAFed ("Report remainder as finished" = 0) will miss productions from the example above.

Was an error in Ax2012, and is still an error in D365. We have challenged Microsoft for purpose, but they have found no reasons why anyone would like a closing and a reopening of a production order should change the number to produce
