Task Recorder available in MS Dynamics 365 for Operations is a great training tool and will support user adoption.

This would be great to implement across the full Dynamics 365 suite. Having trained and developed training materials for users, I find that the task recorder will add value and improve training. It helps cater for the visual, reading/writing and kinaesthetic learners (VARK).

Previously, I would have to create a full manual for the reading/writing learners, quick reference guides for the visual learners, face-to-face for the Kinaesthetic learners, and instructional videos for the visual and auditory learners.
