I have been advised by MS that the D365 App for Outlook is not supported in an RDS environment, after finding the hard way it would not work in an RDS environment, it just displays a blank view.

So would request the App for Outlook be updated to support RDS environments, also in addition some clarity and documentation specifically for what is or not supported in an RDS environment.
