To set up a marketing list:
1.Go to Marketing > Customers > Marketing Lists. A list of available marketing list opens.
There is no such navigation item in application.

Hi Artem,
I think that there is some confusion with the guide. The step prior to this one reads to open the Surveys link and go to Marketing under the survey link. I think that you were looking for the Marketing list under Marketing\Customers which doesn't exist (and I have made the same mistake previously as well.) Let me know if this answers the issue because I just tried it in the latest build and it is working correctly and the bug was closed.
