The customer would like to audit the access of specific users like the one who owns system administrator security role without enabling audit function.
Enabling audit might lead the slow performance in Dynamics 365 (Online), so they don't want to use it.
But sometimes global administrators would like to audit system administrator because they have a lot of privileges which can make a change to several records and settings.
So, it would be great if global administrators can audit the user who is assigned system administrator without enabling the audit function.
It would be also convenient if global administrators can get their IP address and MAC address by audit functions.

1. audit space should cost the same as cool blob, its very expensive now
2. audit should be easy to fully transfer, even if its several TB of data (its impossible to fully transfer under ANY circumstance, ie kingsway or roll your own)
3. dont force us to keep a minimum of 1 quarter worth of log data
4. everything should be auditable
5. dont bill for log until the above is fixed
