Extend new Company Switcher to go across tenants like in Company Hub

The new company switcher in Version 21 (2022 Wave 2) is a really excellent improvement for end users and power users alike.

It would be great if this could be extended to support cross tenant companies, and pull in companies from Other environments like company hub does.
